Since 2001 when our company was established, our product quantity has been increasing at a developing rate of 50 new specialties per year. Adhering to the concept of "Design is human-oriented", our first step of developing a new product is market survey, for the correct market orientation is a necessary precondition for the research and development of a new product and is also a key footstone for the success of such a new product. Our product research and development is a three-dimensional space constructed at the intersections between the curved lines and straight lines, embodying the image and characteristics of a new product from a three-dimensional viewpoint. |

QA/QC Introduction
Introduction of our quality control system and its operation:
1) According to our guideline and objective on quality, we established a perfect quality management system so as to realize quality assurance (QA) through effective quality control (QC)
2) We have also set up various quality files, report forms, quality norms and operating instructions. All these can ensure the accuracy of inspection and measuring apparatuses. 3) We also register all tools and apparatuses to manage them
Works of planning, organizing, supervising, and fulfilling quality performance improvement, such as ISO9000, ISO14000
4) Quality tracking: Once there is a problem, we will analyze it, discuss improving measures, and improve workmanship immediately
5) Collection of information on product quality in the customer's side, settlement of customer complaints, reason analysis and the tracking of improving effect
6) In the process of material purchasing and product processing in other places, the system can help purchasing agents to take quality appraisal, which include examining and commenting suppliers, inspecting material before it enters storage house, extending unqualified material, returned product disposal, analysis on material quality yield and return case, and providing them to QA
7) Quality inspection on all the procedures in production: taking precaution, rectification, and supervision on the quality of product, filling in rework sheets on unqualified material to rework in time
8) Checking and accepting product before storage: The terms for check include appearance, functions, hidden troubles of quality, and sampling check of hardware fittings
9) Settlement and tracking of the product that is returned by customers
